Returns & Exchanges

For a return to be accepted, you must return the item in its original, unused condition. All returns must be mailed back within 14-days of receipt by sending proof of mailing to: returns@jamieleepeterson.com

In the event of manufacturer defect, notify us immediately so that a product replacement can be shipped to you right away.

 

1. Email returns@jamieleepeterson.com to request a refund or exchange. Please include your original order number, description of products and reason for return and we will email you instructions for return and a Return Authorization number.

 

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Returns will not be accepted if damaged, tattered, stained, worn, etc.

Shipping Information

 

Turnaround Time

​

All pre-made products and products "Created by Jamie" will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. All other orders will be shipped from the manufacturer as soon as production is complete. The manufacturing process is typically completed within 7 to 10 days.

​

All time frames are quoted in business days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. USA Pacific Time.

Selection will be determined based on destination and speed of delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Your order will be updated with tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.
